Kosar satellite
Kosar is the first space product of SpaceOMID. Kosar project has started in summer 2018. This satellite follows the standards of a CubeSat, which reduces the time and costs of manufacturing. This satellite is equipped with cameras in NIR and RGB spectrum. Kosar is the first Iranian satellite with an average resolution of 3.45 meters GSD, which makes it the most advanced Iranian satellite so far. It provides services in precision agriculture and mapping.
HOD-HOD satellite
HOD-HOD satellite is an IOT satellite with the CubeSat standard and follows the mission of creating a specialized platform to provide the customers with the international narrowband Internet of Things service. The largest application of HOD-HOD satellite services is in agriculture, transportation, logistics, and environmental protection.
Kosar 1.5 Satellite (2See-1)
Kosar 1.5 is the third Omidfaza satellite project, designed by combining the capabilities of Kosar and Hodhod with significant upgrades in both Earth observation and satellite communications. This satellite is also an advanced satellite based on the CubeSat standard and is being developed as our third IOD mission. The Kosar 1.5 satellite integrates an imaging payload in the RGB and NIR spectra and an Internet of Things (IoT) communication module to simultaneously support space imaging and data collection from distributed ground sensors. This dual-purpose design allows the satellite to be used in both environmental monitoring and smart infrastructure applications, including advanced change detection, smart agricultural monitoring, and natural resource management. The satellite's deployable solar panels provide sufficient power for high-frequency imaging and stable communication operations.
